We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimise performance-driven campaigns across digital channels. This role involves lead generation, brand visibility, and online engagement while ensuring consistent, data-informed marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and owned channels.
- Manage paid media activities, including audience targeting, creative coordination, budgeting, and performance optimisation.
- Support lead generation initiatives across the marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion.
- Monitor brand mentions, engagement, and sentiment using social listening tools, and flag potential reputational risks.
- Assist with social media crisis response by coordinating content updates and campaign adjustments when required.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
- Maintain and optimise website content and landing pages for conversion and SEO performance.
- Track, analyse, and report campaign performance using analytics platforms and CRM dashboards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver marketing assets on time and maintain brand consistency across digital platforms.
- Stay updated on digital trends, platform changes, and best practices relevant to B2B and technology marketing.
Required Experience & Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B, technology, cloud, or enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with paid media (LinkedIn, Google, Meta), lead generation, and email marketing or marketing automation.
- Strong understanding of digital performance metrics, analytics, and optimisation.
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and content distribution.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales and technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience in marketing IT services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, or enterprise software.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe applications)
