What You’ll Do
- Design visually compelling graphics, layouts, and images that communicate the message clearly and follow brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the Art Director, Copywriter, and Marketing Team to integrate text and visuals, ensuring readability, spacing, and visual balance.
- Adapt visuals for social media, campaigns, internal communications, websites, and print while keeping the brand consistent across every touchpoint.
- Manage multiple projects at once, prioritizing effectively and meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Review your own work to ensure every asset is error-free, visually clear, and aligned with the brief and brand.
- Stay up to date on design trends, tools, creative tech, and bring fresh ideas into every project.
What You’ll Bring
- At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio that demonstrates your creativity, range, and attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CapCut.
- A sharp eye for aesthetics, typography, layout, colour, and composition.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong time-management skills, with the ability to work methodically and deliver high-quality designs under deadlines.
- Familiarity with AI image-generation tools is a plus.
- Experience in video editing or motion/animation is a strong plus.
