Key Responsibilities
- Own and define the visual direction of the brand across campaigns, platforms, and creative initiatives
- Lead the conceptualisation and execution of creative campaigns from idea to final delivery
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team, copywriter, graphic designers, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive creative outcomes
- Ensure brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries in a meaningful, strategic way
- Oversee creative outputs across digital and print environments
- Stay ahead of design, visual, and AI-driven creative trends to continuously evolve our creative approach
Skills & Competencies
- 6–10+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or advertising, with at least 2–3 years in an Art Director, or senior creative role OR relevant academic qualifications.
- Proficiency in industry related software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and the ability to generate AI images and videos
- Solid exposure to both digital and print design environments
- Excellent command of typography, layout, colour theory, and design systems
Strong creative judgement with the ability to critique and elevate design work
