Key Responsibilities
- Craft visually compelling graphics, layouts, and images clearly communicate the message and follow brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the Art Director, copywriter, and marketing team to place text correctly in designs, ensuring good readability, spacing, and visual balance.
- Adapt visuals for social media, campaigns, internal communications, and print while maintaining a consistent brand presence.
- Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and ensure every design is polished, purposeful, and aligned with the brand.
- Review your own work to make sure every asset is error-free, visually clear, and impactful.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and tech innovations, bringing fresh, thoughtful ideas to every project.
Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience in graphic design with a portfolio that shows your creativity and scope.
- Strong proficiency in design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CapCut.
- A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, layout, and detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage time effectively, work methodically, and deliver high-quality designs under deadlines.
- Experience in video editing or animation is a strong plus.
